Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026
The short version. Use PitchRadar for its purpose, don't abuse it, and you own your data. It's provided as-is. If you pay for Pro, billing runs through Lemon Squeezy and you can cancel anytime. Full detail below.

1. Agreement

These Terms are between you and PitchRadar (“we”, “us”), the creator brand-deal outreach tool at pitchradar.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PitchRadar.

2. What PitchRadar does

PitchRadar helps you track brand-deal pitches and follow-ups — a place to log outreach, remember to follow up, record deal values, draft emails with the AI writer, generate invoices for agreed deals, get reminders by email or Telegram, and share a public media-kit page. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Invoices: invoices are generated from the details you provide. PitchRadar is not a party to your deals, does not process or receive payments between you and brands, and does not provide tax or accounting advice — you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and tax treatment (e.g. VAT) of invoices you issue.

AI drafts: the AI writer produces suggestions that may be inaccurate. Nothing sends itself — you review, edit and send every message yourself, and you're responsible for what you send. AI usage is subject to a fair-use daily limit.

3. Your account

You need an account to use most features. You agree to give accurate details, keep your login secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

5. Acceptable use

Don't use PitchRadar to break the law, send spam or harassment, infringe others' rights, upload malware, scrape or overload the service, attempt to bypass security or access limits, or resell the service without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

6. Your content

Your pipeline data and anything you publish on your public page are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content so the service can work (for example, hosting your synced data or showing your public page to visitors). You're responsible for what you enter and publish, and for having the right to use it.

7. Public pages

If you publish a public media-kit page, it becomes visible to anyone with the link. Keep it accurate and lawful. You can unpublish or delete it at any time from the app. We may remove pages that violate these Terms.

8. Our intellectual property

PitchRadar — the app, design, brand and code — belongs to us. These Terms don't give you any right to our name or branding beyond the “Made with PitchRadar” badge that links back to us.

9. Availability

We work to keep PitchRadar running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, change features, or set reasonable usage limits to protect the service.

10. Disclaimer

PitchRadar is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It's a tool to help you organize outreach — it does not guarantee deals, income, or any particular result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You can stop using PitchRadar at any time, and can have your account deleted by emailing hello@pitchradar.app (completed within 30 days). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You can export your data (CSV) before you go; after account deletion we remove your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use PitchRadar after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Disputes & consumer rights

We'll always try to resolve any issue with you directly first — just email us. Nothing in these Terms takes away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

15. Contact
