Free, private CRM for brand-deal outreach

The sponsor didn't say no.You just never followed up.

Most deals die in silence, not rejection. PitchRadar puts every pitch on a deadline, tells you exactly who to nudge today, and drafts the follow-up that gets the reply.

Anatomy of a dead deal

It wasn't a no. It was a nothing.

DAY 1

You send the pitch. It's good. You know it's good.

DAY 4

Nothing. "I'll follow up tomorrow." You film instead.

DAY 12

You find the thread. Nudging now feels desperate. You don't.

DAY 30

Their campaign goes live — with somebody who followed up.

Now multiply that by every pitch sitting in your Sent folder.

The fix

Deals don't need motivation. They need deadlines.

Following up isn't a personality trait. It's a schedule — and schedules can run themselves. PitchRadar puts every pitch on a countdown, drafts each nudge from your actual pitch and notes, and honestly retires deals that stay silent — so the only job left for you is pressing send.

MECHANISM 01

Deadlines, not intentions

Log a sent pitch and follow-ups schedule themselves — 4 days later, then 7, then 10. Willpower not required.

MECHANISM 02

The follow-up radar

One "Action required" panel shows exactly who's due for a nudge today. Snooze it or send it.

MECHANISM 03

AI drafts the nudge

Three escalating drafts — gentle nudge, direct ask, warm break-up — from your pitch, on your own free Gemini key.

Everything in one place

Built for the way creators actually close deals

No bloated enterprise CRM. Just the six things you need to turn cold outreach into signed sponsorships.

handshake

A pipeline that reads at a glance

Every brand, agency and manager in one table — status pills, sent dates and next follow-up, color-coded so overdue deals scream at you before they go cold.

notifications_active

Follow-up radar

The "Action required" panel surfaces exactly who's due for a nudge today. Snooze it, send it, or let the sequence close the loop for you.

auto_awesome

AI follow-up writer

Generates the email from your actual pitch and notes — subject line included. Copy, paste, send.

monitoring

Analytics that matter

Reply rate, deals won, outreach per month. Know which pitch works before you send the next hundred.

lock

Private by design

Everything lives in your browser. No servers, no signup, no one reading your deal flow. Export to CSV anytime.

30 seconds to start

Three steps between you and your next sponsorship

Log the pitch

Add the contact, the brand and what you offered. PitchRadar schedules your first follow-up reminder automatically.

Get nudged at the right moment

When the follow-up date lands, the deal moves to your Action Required radar — no spreadsheet archaeology, no "oops, that was three weeks ago".

Send the AI-written follow-up

One click writes the email in the right tone for round one, two or the final break-up. Mark it sent and the next reminder is already scheduled.

The unfair advantage

Follow-ups that sound like you — not like a robot

Follow-up #1 · gentleFollow-up #2 · direct#3 · break-up email
  • checkReads your pitch, your notes and the deal status before writing a word
  • checkEscalates tone across the sequence — warm nudge first, graceful close last
  • checkUses your own Gemini API key — free tier is more than enough

Quick follow-up — NordVPN × my AI tools series
Message

Hi Maja,

Just circling back on the 60s integration I pitched last week. My AI-tools videos are averaging 40k views and the audience overlap with NordVPN is strong.

Would a quick 15-minute call this week make sense? Happy to work around your schedule.

Receipts, not testimonials

A pipeline that can't lie

If a brand ignores all three follow-ups, the deal auto-marks Passed. The reply rate and deals-won numbers you see are real.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Where is my data stored?add
On Free: in your browser's local storage, on your device — nothing is uploaded anywhere. That also means one browser holds your data, so export to CSV for backups. Pro adds optional encrypted cloud sync, so every device sees the same pipeline.
Do I need an account?add
No. Open the app and start typing. You can optionally lock your instance behind your own Google sign-in if you host it yourself.
How does the AI writer work?add
You paste your free Gemini API key (from aistudio.google.com) into Settings once. The writer then drafts follow-ups using your pitch, notes and deal status as context. The key is stored locally and only ever sent to Google.
What's the 3-step follow-up sequence?add
Round one is a gentle nudge, round two is shorter and more direct, round three is a warm "break-up" email that closes the loop and leaves the door open. After that, the deal is automatically marked as passed — your pipeline stays honest.
Free forever — seriously, what's the catch?add
No catch on Free — it runs entirely in your browser, so it costs us nothing to give away: no trial clock, no card field, export to CSV and walk away anytime. Pro ($9/mo) exists for the things that do cost server money — syncing your pipeline across devices and a built-in AI writer with zero setup. Free stays free forever; Pro is there for the day one browser stops being enough.
Won't three follow-ups make me look desperate?add
Silence is what loses deals — a good nudge just looks professional. The sequence escalates politely: a gentle check-in, a direct ask, then a warm break-up email that leaves the door open. And nothing sends itself; every draft waits for your edit and your click.
