1. Who we are
PitchRadar (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is a tool that helps creators track brand-deal outreach, available at pitchradar.app. It is an independent product operated by its founder. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@pitchradar.app.
2. What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app:
- Account details — your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google instead, we receive your email address from Google and no password is created.
- Your pipeline — the contacts, brands, pitches, notes and deal values you enter. By default this lives in your browser's local storage. If you upgrade to Pro and enable sync, a copy is stored in your account so it's available across devices.
- Your public page — if you choose to create one, the bio, niche, platforms, rates, links, worked-with brands, testimonial, contact email and photo you publish.
- Preferences — small settings like your light/dark theme choice, stored in your browser.
- Subscription status — if you buy Pro, we receive your subscription state and a customer/subscription reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages you send us — contact-form and waitlist submissions (name, email, message), stored by our hosting provider and used only to reply or send the one launch email you asked for.
We count page views in aggregate: which page was opened, on which day, and how many times. That count lives in our own database and is never tied to a person. No cookies, no IP addresses, no device fingerprints. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or “fingerprinting”, and there is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies.
3. Cookies & local storage
We only use storage that is strictly necessary for the service to work:
- a login session token, so you stay signed in;
- your pipeline and preferences, saved in your browser;
- (for Pro) a synced copy of your pipeline in your account.
None of these are used to track you across sites or for advertising, which is why no consent banner is required.
4. How we use your data
To provide and maintain the app, keep you signed in, sync your data if you're on Pro, send you essential emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, follow-up reminders you opt into — delivered by email and, if you connect it, as Telegram messages), and process your subscription. Our legal basis is performing the contract you entered into by using the service, and your consent for optional notifications.
AI drafting (Pro): when you click Generate in the AI writer, the details you entered for that one deal — pitch text, notes, contact name/company, deal status and value, reference link, and the invoice number/amount/due date when chasing a payment — are sent to our AI providers (listed below) to draft the email. Nothing is sent unless you click, and the providers are contractually limited to processing it for that request.
5. Who processes your data (sub-processors)
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. We don't sell your data, and we share it only with the providers below — only what each one needs to do its job.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Account authentication, database and file storage |
| Lemon Squeezy | Payments — acts as Merchant of Record and handles all card data |
| Resend | Sending account and reminder emails |
| Netlify | Website and app hosting, and handling of contact/waitlist form submissions |
| Groq | AI draft generation (Pro) — receives the pitch/notes text of a deal only when you use the AI writer |
| Gemini API as AI fallback (same data as Groq, only when used) and optional Google Sign-In | |
| Telegram | Optional reminder delivery via our bot — only if you connect Telegram in Settings |
6. Where your data lives
On the Free plan, your pipeline stays in your browser and is not uploaded. If you enable Pro sync, your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase). Account and payment records may be processed by our providers in various regions under standard data-protection safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete your account (email hello@pitchradar.app) and we delete your account data — auth record and any synced pipeline — within 30 days. Data stored only in your browser is removed when you clear it or delete it in the app. Payment records may be retained by our payment provider as required by law.
8. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Export your data — one-click CSV export inside the app.
- Access, correct or delete your data — edit it in the app, or email us to request access or deletion (deletion is completed within 30 days).
- Object to or restrict processing, and (where applicable under GDPR) lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email hello@pitchradar.app.
9. A note on the contacts you store
Your pipeline may contain other people's details (e.g. a brand contact's email). For that information you are the data controller and are responsible for handling it lawfully; we simply store it on your behalf so you can use the tool.
10. Children
PitchRadar is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use PitchRadar after an update means you accept the revised policy.
